tv 보는거에 대한 표현을 한번 연습해 볼까요?

요새는 TV보다도 네플릭스를 많이 보기 때문에, 그와 같이 쓸 수 있는 표현도 공부해볼게요.

I just flipped through the channels, but there was nothing interesting on TV.
채널을 다 돌려봤는데, TV에서 재미있는 걸 안해요.

그냥 채널을 돌려보는 거야.

I binge-watched the whole episodes of Emily in Paris during the weekend. ​
주말에 '에밀리 파리에 가다' 모든 에피소드를 다 몰아서 봤어.

Too many commercials come on, so I tend to change the channel.
광고가 너무 많이 나와서, 채널을 돌리게 돼요.

I prefer documentary to romance dramas.

저는 다큐멘터리가 로맨스보다 좋아요. (prefer A to B: A가 B보다 좋다)

I missed that show last night.

어젯밤에 그 프로그램을 놓쳤어요.

The documentary is a bit dry.

그 다큐멘터리는 좀 지루해요. (boring을 써도 되고, dry라는 표현도 지루하다는 의미로 쓰일 수 있답니다.)

My favorite drama is starting so can you turn on the TV?

내가 좋아하는 드라마가 시작하니까, 텔레비전을 켜줄래?

Where is the remote? Pass me the remote.

리모콘 어디있어? 리모콘 좀 줘.

What does 'Emily in Paris' come on?

'에밀리 파리에 가다'는 몇 시에 해?

The show is on in a minute.

그 프로그램은 곧 시작해.

(시간/날짜 앞에 in을 붙이면 ~지나서 라는 의미가 됩니다. in a minute는 1분 뒤에라는 뜻이니까 곧 을 의미하겠죠?)

Could you turn to channel 9?

9번 채널로 돌려줄래?

    지금 tv에서 뭐 해?

B: There is nothing interesting on this channel.

    이 채널에서는 재미있는 게 없어.​

A: What's on the other side channel?

    다른 채널에서는 뭐 해?

B: I've just flipped through the channels, but there was nothing intereting either.  
    내가 다른 채널도 돌려봤는데 역시 재미있는 게 없어.

A: Could you turn to channel 15?

    15번 채널로 돌려줄래?

B: What's on channel 15?

    채널 15에서 뭐 하는데?

A: I missed the dacumentary last night.

    저는 어젯밤에 다큐메터리를 놓쳤어요. (못 봤어요.)

B: Is it good?

    그거 좋아요?

A: In fact, the documentary itself is a bit dry, but narrator's is so good.
    다큐멘터리는 자체는 지루한데, 나레이터가의 목소리가 너무 좋아요.

A: How was that movie? Was it good?

    그 영화 어땠어? 좋았어?

B: I think the supporting actor stands out much more than the lead.  
    조연 배우가 주연 배우보다 훨씬 뛰어난 거 같아.

(**stand out 눈에 띄다.)

이 외에도 정말 많은 표현이 있지만, 오늘은 이정도만 연습해 볼게요.
